Upon arrival, the hotel lobby had a slight smell of smoke, but the rooms were nice and had clean bathrooms. The service was efficient and friendly, and the location, although not ideal for accessing specific spots without a car, was within walking distance to key attractions. One downside was the use of big jars as space fillers. Overall, I had a pleasant stay.
I was delighted with our stay at the hotel. The room was clean, tastefully furnished, and even decorated with a pair of love swans to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary, which was a lovely touch. The spacious room was perfect for our small family of three. The service was mostly welcoming and helpful, although there was a slight rude encounter. The location was convenient for accessing cafes, eateries, and shopping areas, but the layout made navigating to nearby malls a bit challenging. Dining options were great with a variety of food choices. Overall, a pleasant experience with some minor drawbacks.
Upon arrival, the hotel staff was kind enough to leave a note before clearing our food, a thoughtful touch. The rooms were larger and cleaner compared to other hotels in Johor, offering a pleasant stay. However, the dining options could use some improvement.
